Registration codes
Participants must enter the chosen registration code in the designated box on the registration form. To view the list of available registration codes, please refer to the rates and packages or refer to the details below.
Registration codes start with ORI.
*Please note that groups ORI-61 and ORI-74 as offered below consist of two separate groups hunting in the same hunting area. See the terms that apply to the product in relation to the permit segment.
Details of hunting packages ORI02 to 74:
ORI - 02: Firearm hunting, 2, 3, or 4 hunters, short stay (2 days of hunting, 3 nights), in camp, 1 harvested animal allowed. Hunting area: 4A.
ORI - 11: Firearm hunting, 2, 3, or 4 hunters, four days, in camp, 1 harvested animal allowed. Hunting areas: 1, 2, 3, 4, 4A, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 11A.
ORI - 12: Firearm hunting, 2, 3, or 4 hunters, four days, camping, 1 harvested animal allowed. Hunting areas: 2A, 5A, and 8A.
(No on-site accommodation available. Hunters must bring their own lodging equipment to the designated camping sites)
ORI - 13: Crossbow and black powder hunting, 2, 3, or 4 hunters, five days, in camp, 1 harvested animal allowed. Hunting areas: 6 and 9.
ORI - 14: American plan (with guide): firearm hunting, 2, 3, or 4 hunters, four days, accommodation and meals included at an inn, 1 harvested animal allowed. Hunting areas: 1 and 4.
ORI - 18: Modified European plan (with guide): firearm hunting, 2, 3, or 4 hunters, four days, in camp, 1 harvested animal allowed. Hunting areas: 2, 3, and 8.
(The plan includes salt lick preparation and blinds in the area, a guide for 2 to 4 hunters, evisceration and transportation of the game to the camp with the hunters. The plan does not include skinning, butchering, and the cold room)
ORI - 22: Family hunting, firearm, 3 or 4 hunters (one member of the group must be between the ages of 12 and 17), four days, in camp, 1 antlerless animal harvested allowed. Hunting areas: 1, 4, and 7.
ORI - 42: Adventure hunting, firearm, 2, 3, or 4 hunters, five days, camping, 1 harvested animal allowed. Hunting area: 12.

ORI - 61: Firearm hunting for 4, 5, or 6 hunters, four days, in camp, 2 harvested animals allowed. (2 permits for an antlerless animal and 2 permits for an entire animal) Hunting areas: 2, 7, and 8.
ORI - 74: American plan (with guide): firearm hunting for 4, 5, or 6 hunters, four days, accommodation and meals included at an inn, 2 harvested animals allowed for any segment. Hunting areas: 1 and 4.
General Information
- The draw will take place in January and the selection of winners will be determined by computer
- The draw will take place in the presence of the verification firm Mallette
- A notice will be sent, by email or by post to all participants who have registered informing them of the draw results.
- Winners will be contacted by phone shortly after the draw to choose the dates of their stay
- When we make the calls, if there is no answer, we will proceed to the next one and try again the number where there was no answer and so on
- The CGRMP does not exclude contacting customers in the evenings and weekends to speed up the booking process
- Until January 27th at 3 pm, vacancies will be filled from the waiting list. These replacements will be made by CGRMP staff
- On January 28th, from 9 am to noon, all non-winning draw participants will have priority for reservations over those who did not participate in these draws (Not applicable to the American plan)
- Reservations for all will start on January 28th at 1 pm
- The group leader must accompany the group until the moment of the shoot
- A group may consist of a smaller number of hunters than offered on a given product but must meet certain minimums under the Law. Contact our customer service for more details
- A youth (meaning a person aged 12 to 17 or a student aged 18 to 24 carrying a valid student card) can join for free, as a hunter, a group of 2 to 4 hunters depending on the accommodation capacity.
- All substitution cases will be made according to the terms provided in favor of the name registered on the registration form only(*) (Fees apply)
Inscription
- Make your registration on a PDF registration form or online.
- Payment must accompany the registration request and can be made by credit card, check, or money order payable to CGRMP.
- The duly completed form can be sent by fax or by mail. CGRMP assumes no responsibility for postal delays.
- You can include multiple registrations in the same envelope and attach a total payment.
- No post-dated checks will be accepted.
- Your form must be fully completed, otherwise, it may be rejected without notice before the draw. If time allows, we will send you a postal notice indicating how to correct your registration.
- In case of an administrative registration error, the only remedy will be the refund of the registration fees.
Drawing Regulations
- The draw is reserved for residents of Quebec
- The cost is set at $8.00 per registration
- The deadline for registrations is set for January 6th at 12pm
- Limit of one registration per code
- You must register on an official registration form or online
- The form must be completed and can be sent by mail or fax with the required payment
- Possibility to send more than one registration in one envelope with a combined payment
- Registration fees can be paid by check, money order, or credit card
- No post-dated checks will be accepted
- The customer must ensure that their registration form reaches our offices by January 6th at the latest
- CGRMP is in no way responsible for postal delays
- The minimum age required is 12 years old by September 1st
- The hunter's certificate is mandatory for registration in the draw
- The group leader or substitute cannot hold more than one hunting trip
- In case of administrative processing error in the registration, the only recourse will be the refund of the registration fees
- Anyone who registers for this draw accepts that CGRMP may cancel, without notice and without refund, any hunting trip obtained fraudulently.
- Any registration made in the name of or on behalf of another person without legitimate authorization, impersonation of another person, use of fake documents, or illegal or unauthorized use of a hunter's certificate constitutes fraud. Any fraudster may face legal action. The fraudster will have their right to participate in draws suspended for a period of two years, including as a substitute.
* Terms: Substitution
Substitutions may be allowed only in the following circumstances:
- Death in the immediate family of the group leader
- Summons of the group leader by a court of law
- Unforeseen medical reasons
All substitution cases will be in favor of the name listed on the registration form only. Official supporting documents are mandatory and must be provided at least two business days before the start of the trip. They are then submitted, for approval, to CGRMP management. If the two business day deadline is not met or if the transfer to the substitute is refused, the trip will be canceled and not refunded.
In the event that both the group leader and the substitute are unable to attend the hunting trip, the reservation will be canceled.

Information on the security of online transactions
The online payment service is provided by Groupe ESP and includes a set of features ensuring the secure processing of your financial transaction.
After completing your online prize draw entry form, you will be redirected directly to Desjardins, which will ensure the security and confidentiality of your information to process your credit card purchase immediately. The presence of a lock or key at the bottom of your screen confirms the use of secure protocols.
In no case will CGRMP be an intermediary for the transmission of this information. You can therefore rest assured that the information concerning your credit card is confidential.
