La Dunière Description

The Dunière Wildlife Reserve is part of the network of government wildlife reserves whose responsibility for wildlife management lies with the Minister of the Environment, the Fight Against Climate Change, Wildlife, and Parks.

The Dunière wildlife reserve is located on private land owned by Gestion Forestière Lacroix.

The area of the wildlife reserve is 578 square kilometers.

Moose are abundant in the reserve. The moose population is very high. The hunting success rate is around 90%.

The natural habitat will enchant you as you wander the paths: majestic fir and spruce trees adorn the beautiful mountains.
